Carlos received his Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a Master's in Physiology from Tennessee State University. He has an extensive background in outpatient Orthopedics, Geriatrics, and Cardiac Rehabilitation. Prior to working with ORG, Carlos was the Clinical Director of an outpatient clinic for one of the top Physical Therapy Companies in the country

Outside of work, Carlos enjoys spending time with his wife and son. Carlos and his wife enjoy traveling, scuba diving, and riding motorcycles.

Sophie has been with Omega Rehabilitation Group since 2006. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management. Sophie has over five years of medical office manager experience. She oversees the services of a typical clinical center. Sophie brings to ORG strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritizes in a fast paced environment. She manages all basic functions pertaining to the administrative needs for both offices. Her hobbies include volunteering for community outreach programs, yoga/Pilates, and attending local plays.
